Needs and Priorities Assessment Committee (NAPAC IV) Report
The United Way of Richland County has had a long-standing interest in assessing the health and human services needs of the community. Because needs and priorities may change over time, it is desirable to survey the community periodically to ensure that funding is provided for necessary services and that the services funded reflect the priorities of the community. Such an assessment is now mandated by United Way of America and occurs in Richland County approximately once every four years. The Needs and Priorities Assessment Committee (NAPAC) is a community-wide human services needs assessment that has occured in our community three times previously.
